The benefits or reasons for having a quality health care plan will vary from company to company. For some the government may mandate that such benefits be made available to the employees. Others may use it to attract the best employees for the benefit of the company. While other employers want to provide the best for their employees benefit.

Group benefits may include Health plans, Maternity benefits, Drug benefits, Life Insurance, Short & Long term Disability, Dental or Vision benefits. The level of benefits will vary from basic coverage to a full array of benefits to choose from. Benefits may also be mixed within the group

Historically, cost has always been the number one concern of the employer when choosing a benefit package. Insurers have taken note of that and have created plans to accommodate any planning.

We recommend Benefits from United HealthCare (UHC). America’s premier health care insurer. With new design, the cost of providing benefits has been reduced from previous rates. UHC have designed Consumer Driven Plans, allowing the employer or employee to be more flexible in plan design and pricing. Also online plan maintenance has cut the cost of paper handling and speed that changes can be made with your plan. UnitedHealthcare has the largest selection of provider’s within their network all across the Untied States. Combining Service, Benefits and Rates to meet the most discriminating group

Consumer Driven Plans

With Consumer Driven Plans, you as an employer have flexibility. Deductible’s starting at $500 in traditional plans; No Deductible with 100% coinsurance; Higher deductibles and coinsurance’s; Cost sharing; Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA); Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to mention a few of the changes available for the employer to reduce their cost.

Employees may choose from a mix of HSA’s or a mix of deductibles and coinsurance.

Also -- Plans may be mixed within the same company with certain guidelines. Multiple locations can be under one plan.

ONLINE services

Enrolled companies and their employees can monitor their own benefits online. Employers can enroll or disenroll employees immediately, and have full access for billing or any other changes as needed. As an employer, you have more control of your account. This results in a time and cost savings to you.

Employee’s may access their accounts to check benefits, claim status etc. They are not able to make any changes that would affect the cost of plan benefits. That is for the employer to approve.

Nurse on call. Available 24/7 is a nurse to answer any questions one may have. You may ask about symptoms, care, urgency, drug or alcohol concerns Etc.
